Philippines
Welcome to the Philippines, a breathtaking archipelago with as many as more than 7,000 islands! It is a country with many different contrasts. It begins in the bustling chaos of Manila or vibrant Cebu City, where you can feel the energy and mix of cultures that make the atmosphere so unique. But the real magic begins when you leave the city and explore the islands. Traveling through the Philippines is an experience that feels like going through different worlds. From hectic markets full of smells and colors to the quiet mornings on a deserted beach, every day brings something different. It is a country where you get lost in the moment and forget your plans for a moment-because there is always something that catches your attention, something that makes you stop and enjoy for a moment.
The Valhalla for beach lovers
The Philippines is a paradise for beach lovers and adventurers. With thousands of islands, the choice is vast! Palawan, Boracay or another unknown island. Everywhere the water is crystal clear and perfect for snorkeling. The colorful coral reefs are breathtaking. And the sunsets? You have to see those to believe!
The charm of the Philippines is not only in its nature. Everywhere you see traces of a rich, complex history. From the ancient city walls of Intramuros in Manila to the baroque churches scattered throughout the islands, Spanish and American influences mix with indigenous traditions. It feels like walking through a living history book, with something new to discover at every corner. Enjoy Filipino cuisine! Forget the familiar Asian dishes-here it’s all about surprising combinations of flavors you won’t soon forget. Try adobo, sinigang or a freshly caught fish, prepared with local ingredients and always served with a smile.
